Important Corporate Update from Bepic
 
Dear {firstname},
I am sure that many people have seen the video from Larry Lane and know that Larry is no longer with Bepic. We just wanted to send out a quick email and give everyone a quick update. Both Larry and Eric have put a lot of work and energy into Bepic over the last 3 years but have decided to move on. We feel it is our responsibility as the majority owners of Bepic to do everything we can to protect the downline and the brand so that all of our partners can have a long-term income they can count on.

R&D Global is the majority owner of Bepic and we will be bringing on a team to help manage the business and make it stronger than ever. We have helped launch 12 companies since 2003 and all 12 are still going and Bepic will not be any different. We are a debt free company, we own our software, our building, and we have millions of dollars of inventory in stock right now. We want everyone to know that business will carry on as usual but we also realize the next 30-90 days are a very important time in all of your businesses so we want to give you some very important updates that will let you know what you can expect.

NEW COMPENSATION PLAN ENHANCEMENTS
Effective immediately we are making some enhancements to the compensation plan.

These changes are pretty minor but will help stabilize the comp plan and reward the activity that is necessary to build a strong team. The Binary pay will be variable based on rank: starting at Qualified Brand Partner you will earn 10% on your lesser leg, Silvers will earn 12%, Golds 15%, Platinums 18%, and Diamonds 20%.

This is necessary to have the actual plan pay closer to as its written and also to help reward people for rank advancing. Binary Plans all have the ability to pay over 100% because they pay unlimited levels. The only real control on the payout is the maximum payout allowed which with Bepic is 60%. The current plan pays everyone up to 20% on the lesser leg but with the 60% rule it has only been averaging around 10-12%. Even though that is not that bad we felt we could make it better. We ran the numbers with the variable binary % and it did what we thought it would and each rank earns either the exact % of binary pay or at least very close.

We also realize that the key to growing a team is retention. We thought this would be the perfect time to enhance our already industry leading Lifestyle bonus. Also starting immediately for July we are adding 3 more bonuses.

2 who get 2 on a $89.95 pack or higher will pay a $100 monthly bonus

3 who get 3 on a $89.95 pack or higher will pay a $300 monthly bonus

5x5 Bonus
5 who get 5 on a $89.95 pack or higher will pay a $700 monthly bonus
The bonuses earned in July will be paid out August 15th just like the current 4 who get 4 bonus does now. We feel that showing people how to profit with as few as 6 people will give Bepic a competitive advantage when the industry average to break even is around 20. This will give everyone a very doable first step to teach their team, get 2 as soon as possible and then help them do the same thing, this will put your business in profit and if you duplicate it you can earn unlimited income.

Important Note: You will only earn 1 of the 4 bonuses per month, If you qualify for a 5x5 bonus, you will not earn the 4x4 or lower bonuses. Only 1 bonus per user per month will be paid out.

Europe Shipping Center - We are currently in the process of opening a shipping center in Europe that will help get product to members all over the world within 7 days. We are aiming to have this launched by the end of September.
